Fraser Island is the largest sand island in the world. It is 120km long and a short boat trip from either Hervey Bay or Rainbow Beach. A stunning location with a changing array of flora and fauna and some of the most beautiful lakes in Australia. It is a hot spot of the East Coast and a 'must' visit destination.
